Villanova freshman Sanaa Barnes tied for sixth place in the women's high jump final with a second-attempt clearance at 5-11.25 (1.84m) at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships in Austin, Texas. Barnes was the only freshman high jumper to earn All-America first-team honors both indoors and outdoors.
