Rosey Effiong Champion Women's 4x400m Relay, 4th Place 400m and 4x100m Relay - NCAA D1 Outdoor Championships 2023

Rosey Effiong, a sophomore at Arkansas, contributed to the Razorbacks winning the women's 4x400-meter relay title for the first time 2013 by clocking 3:24.05 at the NCAA Division 1 Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin, Texas. Effiong also finished fourth in the 400-meter final in 50.77, in addition to contributing to Arkansas placing fourth in the 4x100-meter relay in 42.83. Effiong helped Arkansas win the final event under the guidance of 33-year women's head coach Lance Harter, who previously announced his retirement at the end of the season. The Razorbacks took third overall with 46 points after winning the Division 1 indoor team title March 10-11 with 64 points. |
